Sunlight Solutions is an independent broker/lead generator. We are not an installer, lender, utility, or government program. We introduce interested consumers to licensed, insured, independent installers and related providers ("Partners") who offer their own products, pricing, timelines, and terms.
The categories of information we may collect depend on how you use the Services:
Sources: directly from you (forms, emails, calls, texts); automatically via cookies and similar technologies; from service providers that help operate the Services; from publicly available sources to validate addresses/coverage.
We are not a party to your agreements with Partners. Once a Partner receives your information, its use is governed by that Partner's privacy policy and terms.
We (and service providers) may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze usage, and measure marketing performance. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit functionality.
By submitting a form on our site, you consent to receive SMS/text messages and other communications from Sunlight Solutions (Proxy Marketing LLC) at the phone number you provide, including messages sent using an autodialer or prerecorded voice, to the extent permitted by law. If you choose to be connected with an independent installer or partner, that provider may contact you directly under their own terms and consent. To stop Partner communications, contact the Partner directly or use the opt-out method provided by that Partner.

Our lawful bases include consent (where applicable), contract performance (providing requested quotes), legitimate interests (e.g., site operation and security), and compliance with legal obligations.
